Our Chair is currently in Rwanda at the moment, and managed to catch up with our partner Kivu Writers at the VSO office in Kigali.
VSO helped to support the foundation of Kivu Writers in 2000. Nushu has managed to rekindle talks between the two organisations, to help transfer skills and support for future projects.
Kivu Writers currently need to re-register their organisation after a period of inactivity. We will be helping them every step of the way, as they are an important and passionate group promoting a literary culture in Rwanda.
